In celebration of its 21st anniversary, homegrown wine retailer Bottles & Bottles continues to stay true to its mission of opening new frontiers in wine discovery, giving Singaporeans easier access to exceptional labels once found only overseas or at the wineries themselves.
Marking this milestone is the arrival of Canada’s Arterra Wines, featuring award-winning wineries such as Le Clos Jordanne, Jackson-Triggs, and Inniskillin Icewine – three iconic labels now available exclusively at Bottles & Bottles Singapore.
Jackson-Triggs

Jackson-Triggs has been crowned Best Canadian Winery countless times at both domestic and international competitions, a testament to its unwavering quality and craftsmanship. Known for their remarkable consistency and extensive range, Jackson-Triggs wines offer exceptional value, making them ideal for everyday enjoyment or effortless food pairings.
Start the evening on a celebratory note with the Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Entourage Sparkling Brut 2018 – bright, crisp, and perfect for toasting any occasion. For the main course, the Grand Reserve White Meritage 2021 shines alongside grilled seafood or poultry; it even pairs beautifully with Chinese drunken chicken.

Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Pinot Noir 2022 is a delight to savour, offering layers of black currants, ripe cherries, and subtle dried herbs, framed by firm tannins and a lingering, balanced finish. Aged for 18 months in 100% French oak, it develops remarkable depth and finesse. This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with red meats, including rich duck dishes.
Le Clos Jordanne

Le Clos Jordanne stands out with its Burgundian-inspired craftsmanship and commitment to terroir-driven expression. The winery specialises in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, producing elegant, layered wines that beautifully capture the nuances of Niagara’s soils and cool-climate character.
Le Clos Jordanne Le Grand Clos Chardonnay 2021 is a rich, 100% Chardonnay, brimming with luscious waxy and buttery notes, and lifted by delicate acacia honey aromas. It pairs beautifully with seafood and shellfish dishes, from tender steamed grouper to luxurious braised abalone.

The Le Clos Jordanne Le Grand Clos Pinot Noir 2021 impresses with its refined complexity and distinctive minerality, unfolding layers of red fruit, dark berries, and subtle spice. It’s a brilliant showcase of how Old World Burgundian techniques, when applied with minimal intervention on New World terroir, can produce wines of remarkable elegance and depth.
Inniskillin

Inniskillin captured the world’s attention at the 1991 Vinexpo in Bordeaux, France, when its Vidal Icewine won the prestigious Grand Prix d’Honneur. Alongside Germany and Austria, only Canada can produce true Icewines, making them some of the most coveted dessert wines in the world – with Inniskillin listed twice among the world’s top 100 wines.

Concentrated through natural cryoextraction and crafted under the precise freeze-and-harvest conditions of Canada’s Niagara Peninsula, the Inniskillin Vidal Icewine 2023 strikes a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Ripe fruit flavours unfold with layered aromas of peach, orange peel, and mango, complemented by subtle notes of clove and a gentle hint of spice.
It pairs exquisitely with desserts, blue cheese, and foie gras, making it a versatile choice for both indulgent and refined dining experiences.
