Mademoiselle is a brand new gastro bar hidden in the heart of Singapore’s central business district. Inspired by a group of Singaporean alcohol enthusiasts, the laidback watering hole is hidden on the 20th floor of Oxley Tower. Despite its inconspicuous location atop the building, Mademoiselle is a convenient five-minute walk from Tanjong Pagar & Telok Ayer MRT Station.

Spanning 3,000 square feet, the spacious venue is open from 4:00PM till late every day. Imbibers can wine and dine in the sky with an alternative view of the Lion City’s skyscrapers.
Drawing inspiration from Michelin Star restaurants and world-renowned culinary competitions such as “The Final Table”; guests can expect gorgeous, elevated dishes such as their signature Lobster Risotto ($38++). The masterpiece is created with grilled whole boston lobster and creamy miso risotto. Various nuts and herbs such as walnuts, pistachios, fresh rosemary, thyme and truffle butter are added to enhance the dish’s overall flavour and texture.
Luxurious Uni Toast
Another notable dish would be the Uni Toast (One piece – $15, Three pieces – $30) that features three key luxurious ingredients including: murasaki uni (flown in daily from Japan), tobiko and ikura atop slices of truffle toast. White truffle extract is also used, which can be found in a number of other dishes to boost their umami.
On the drinks menu, you can look forward to an extensive list of alcoholic beverages ranging from beer, cocktail, wine to hard liquor. One of their featured handcrafted tipples include the Whiskey Sour – a beautiful concoction of bourbon, lemon juice, syrup and egg white topped with cocoa powder in the shape of an ‘M’. A perfect pairing for your food, or to enjoy on its own!
Mademoiselle also boasts a wide range of red and white cocktails sourced from vineyards around the globe such as Australia, Argentina, France, Italy, New Zealand and beyond. Their whisky selection is equally impressive too, where you can anticipate bottles from Hibiki, Nikka, Monkey Shoulder and Glenfiddich.
While most bars in Singapore close at 10:30PM, Mademoiselle will open till 1:00AM on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Do take note that the bar will remain in accordance with government’s Phase 3 regulations; whereby consumption of alcohol in public places will cease at 10:30PM. So sober up with bottles of Heineken 0.0 – refreshing non-alcoholic lagers that just taste like beer without actual booze!
