1 Mar: SUSHISAMBA Debuts Guest Shifts with Bar Legends
SUSHISAMBA Singapore is ready to unveil its eagerly awaited guest shift, featuring four iconic bartenders-turned-consultants: Giancarlo Mancino, Arcadius Rybak, David Cordoba, and Simone Rossi. These influential figures have been instrumental in shaping the restaurant’s distinctive tri-cultural cocktail programme. For the first time, they will unite at both the main bar and SAMBAROOM, delivering an unforgettable mixology experience that kicks off a thrilling series of upcoming guest shifts.
Giancarlo Mancino, the visionary behind Mancino Vermouth, and Arcadius Rybak, a master at blending culinary techniques with cocktail artistry, will bring their expertise to SAMBAROOM. Meanwhile, the dynamic pairing of David Cordoba—renowned as “Mr. Daiquiri”—and Simone Rossi, an acclaimed bartender from Grosseto, Italy, will be shaking up tropical-inspired creations at the SUSHISAMBA Main Bar. Both teams will take over on Saturday, 1 March 2025, from 6PM onwards, offering a night of exceptional cocktails and creativity.

2 Mar: Republic Bar Welcomes Four Mixologists from Hong Kong
Republic Bar at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore will be hosting four renowned mixologists from Hong Kong on 2nd March, from 8 PM until late.

If you haven’t heard, Smoke & Mirrors is bidding farewell to its iconic rooftop locaiotn at National Gallery Singapore, with its final service set for 15 March 2025. But before that, the award-winning cocktail bar is hosting a series of unforgettable events, including exclusive guest shifts.
One not to miss is the special takeover on Monday, 3 March 2025, by Dedy Pratama, Bar Supervisor at Bali’s Numero Quattro and the recent winner of Indonesia’s Buffalo Trace Perfectly Untamed Bartender Competition. From 7pm to 11pm, Dedy will showcase three Bali-inspired creations, each reflecting personal journeys and the island’s vibrant landscapes.
