It’s crazy how 2020 flew by! We are already approaching 2021 and we can all agree that zero overseas travels and social distancing measures has made this year a, well, not-so-great one.
But those in Singapore are lucky enough to be living in a safe city with plenty of exciting events. Here are 7 upcoming nighttime events that are happening in December for us to end the year on a high note!
1. Christmas on a Great Street
If you have been living in Singapore for quite some time now, you should be familiar with how the streets in town light up annually during the year-end festive season. During this period, the entire road don Christmas lights, setting the mood right for the jolly season that’s about to come.
The whimsical light displays along this popular stretch of road gives us added incentives to hop over to town.

This year marks the 7th year that Christmas Wonderland will be taking place. The event will be held slightly differently this year due to COVID-19 restrictions, but guests can expect to soak in the Christmas vibes at the physical Walk of Lights which will be taking place at the Supertree Grove. For those who do not wish to head out, they will also be organising a Virtual Wonderland with features such as online carnival games and more!
