If you’re a burger lover, you’re probably no stranger to Wildfire Burgers’ juicy, meaty, and oh-so-satisfying burgers. Since their launch in 2015, they’ve made a significant mark on the culinary scene and were even awarded ‘Asia’s Best Burger’ in their first year. Today, the team has two main outlets at NAFA and the newly opened Robertson Walk outlet.
Conveniently located on the left of the Robertson Walk drop-off point, Wildfire Burgers’ newest outlet is also the only one offering an exclusive selection of wines, cocktails and highballs for customers to sip on while enjoying a burger or two.
Cocktails at Wildfire Burgers
You might’ve noticed Wildfire Burgers took over the space previously belonging to their sister brand, the now-defunct cocktail bar Lil’ Tiger, which closed last December.
Though it’s a pity, if you’ll be happy to hear the popular Grape Mistake from Lil’ Tiger is also available on this new menu.
Choose from 18 cocktails, which include signature tipples such as The Propeller and Grape Mistake and various classics, all priced at an attractive $18. If you’re feeling adventurous, Cocktail Flights are available at $48 and come with a choice of six cocktail shots. Alternatively, you can order the cocktail shots a la carte at just $9 each.
The Grape Mistake ($18)
This fruity and refreshing tipple is made with tequila, kyoho liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup and fire water bitters, which add a touch of heat to every sip.
Whisky Sour ($18)
Who doesn’t love a good whisky sour? Wildfire Burgers’ take on this classic contains whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters. It has the right amount of acidity and tartness while still remaining smooth.
Mezcal Negroni ($18)
Wildfire Burgers’ Mezcal Negroni has a smoky flavour from the mezcal, adding depth and complexity to the classic. The mezcal’s smokiness is then balanced by the bitterness of the Campari, which contributes a bold and slightly herbal taste. Complete with sweet vermouth, which adds a touch of richness and sweetness to round out the flavours.
Margarita ($18)
It’s hard to go wrong with this refreshing and citrusy classic. Made with tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and agave syrup, then coated with salt at the rims.
Food at Wildfire Burgers
Wildfire Burgers uses only the best cuts of Wagyu and Black Angus beef to make their patties, which explains why the burger patties are always so juicy. Each patty is also cooked on a Binchotan-charcoal-fired INKA grill that ensures a perfect cook and adds the signature char and smokiness Wildfire Bugers is known for.
French Onion Burger ($16)
This whopping burger is made with 150-day-grain-fed Black Angus, gruyère cheese, crispy onions, caramelised onions, and master sauce sandwiched between two grilled brioche buns.
P.s. Opt for the double patty option and enjoy the burger at just $22!
The Eggstarter ($12)
Breakfast meets burgers in this unique creation. Made with butter-folded eggs, American cheese, caramelised onions, chopped chives, chipotle mayo and brioche bun.
The eggs were so smooth and creamy too, making it a great dinner… or breakfast. Add on Bacon ($3) or Spam ($4) for the brekkie vibe.
Tater Tots ($8) & Golden Chicken Nuggets ($8)
Tater tots are always a great side with burgers, and Wildfire Burgers’ version is pretty light and crispy. The Golden Chicken Nuggets are sure to be a crowd fave too, and come with a choice of Japanese Curry Mayo, Nacho Cheese or Chipotle Mayo. You can also ‘upsize’ your order (6 pieces – $8, 9 pieces – $10 and 20 pieces – $20).
P.s. The Japanese Curry Mayo reminds us of a famous sauce from a popular fast food joint.
Signature Burnt Cheesecake ($8)
Remember back during lockdown when basque burnt cheesecakes were all the hype? Well, Wildfire Burgers created their own, and this crustless, creamy, rich, caramelised goodness is a cheesecake lover’s dream come true. Purchase the whole 8″ cake for $68 if you can’t get enough of it.
Head down with your pals to Wildfire Burgers’ newest outlet today to indulge in a cocktail or two after feasting on their tasty, smoky burgers and delish sides.
