Clockenflap Music and Arts Festival, commonly abbreviated to “Clockenflap”, is an annual music and arts festival held in Hong Kong. The country’s rendition of Indie festival, Coachella, Clockenflap incorporates international, regional and local live music. It also features a wide array of local and regional films, art installations and more.
On the music front, this year’s event returns with an exciting lineup of international pop icons to hip-hop hotshots as well as a slew of local debuts—we counted 21. Get excited for the likes of Halsey, Mumford & Sons, Lil Pump, The Kooks, Honne, What So Not, Aurora and many more!
We know the situation in Hong Kong’s pretty intense right now, but we hope that all goes well and the situation eases up by the time Clockenflap happens.
Conceptualised back in 2008, the primary aim for Clockenflap festival was to nurture local artists and performers, paying tribute to the Hong Kong arts, music and film scene and to put the city on Asia’s contemporary media-arts circuit. Now into its 12th year, get set 3 full days of non-stop action as you groove and immerse yourself in a series of fun actives from dusk until dawn.
Clockenflap 2019 Lineup
Headlining Clockenflap Festival 2019, we have indie folk band, Mumford & Sons, Billboard chart-topping singer-songwriter, Halsey as well as UK-based indie rock giants, The Kooks.
On the hip-hop front, look forward to the lad that brought you the infamous ‘Gucci Gang’, Lil Pump. Oh and let’s not forget electronic music extraordinaire Honne as well as Mura Masa who will also be performing at the event as well as 21 all-new Hong Kong-based acts who will officially make their debut during the event.

Getting Tickets
General admission tickets for 3-day weekend passes begin at HKD 1,490 (Approx. USD 190), if not, you can opt to go on selected days. Friday (22 Nov) tickets are priced at HKD 880 (Approx. USD 112) while both Saturday and Sunday (23 & 24 Nov) tickets are priced at HKD 950 (Approx. USD 121) each.
Good news for you if you’re still a student! 3-day weekend passes for students are priced at HKD 1,080 (Approx. USD 137), HKD 570 (Fri) (Approx. USD 72) and HKD 640 (Sat & Sun respectively) (Approx. USD 81).
