Black Forest Cake Pastry Sour (ABV 4.5%)
Black Forest Cake Pastry sour is Brewlander’s modern spin on the classic German dessert. Chocolate and vanilla are brewed for a rich and creamy sponge cake flavour, then balanced with the addition of dark cherries for that extra touch of sweetness and tanginess. Thus, with every sip you take, relish in layers of cherries, chocolate and cream.
Blueberry Lemon Marshmallow Pastry Sour (ABV: 4.5%)
Imagine a subtly tart and sweet dessert… But in the form of a beer, and you’ll get a Blueberry Lemon Marshmallow Pastry Sour. Made with fresh blueberries and raspberries to give that sweet and tart aroma. You will also get notes of tangy lemon zest and marshmallow, and be pleasantly surprised with a creamy mouthfeel finish.
Pretty Strong Ale Belgium Golden Ale (ABV: 7%)
A contemporary interpretation of a Belgian Golden Strong Ale that is complex with grainy sweetness and slight warming alcohol flavours, but an easy-drinking pour that is balanced and finishes dry. Made using a unique strain of yeast used to shake up the fermentation process, this brew is subtly spicy with hints of clove and pepper, along with fruity nuances like orange, pear, and lemon.
