Set in and around Club Street are a plethora of restaurants and bars helmed by some of the industry’s best. A calm and charming enclave by day and a bustling nightlife destination by night, Club Street is one of Singapore’s most popular locales to hit up!

Whether you’re looking to get sloshed, or just hankering after a good meal and a hand-crafted cocktail, here are 7 bars in Club Street we know you’ll love.

1. BURN

The pride and joy of Burn lie in their state-of-the-art wood-fired brick oven; which nearly everything on their menu is either charred, smoked or roasted with it. It’s the sort of place that you wouldn’t want to wear your best outfit to because the smoke can (and will) stick. But in hindsight, the prospect of a stellar meal trumps the smell.

Specialising in anything from breakfast and brunch fare, fire-roasted pizzas, meats and even a variety of roasted vegetable dishes that will impress even the most stubborn meat-eater, this mod-Australian restaurant is one to consider.

Don’t just stay for the food though. They carry an extensive array of Australian wines and if you bother to look beyond, you’ll find a slew of delicious cocktails available as well.

Their food menu is extensive, covering the bases of mod-Asian cuisine and Western delights and the drinks—regardless of whether your poison of the night is wine, beer or potent martinis—just keeps on flowing. If you’re lucky, you just might find local celebrity and comedian, Irene Ang there. A place where pop-culture, fun and awesome food and drinks go hand in hand, IZY Fook is the place to visit for a guaranteed good time. A pop culture modern Izakaya serving Japanese fare, IZY Fook’s witty sensuality is translated into sharing plates of over-the-top character maki and sushi rolls along with a plethora of other savoury signatures.

Embedded within the establishment is its drinks arm, CACHÉ, a pop culture Japanese bar that serves modern and classic cocktails, spirits, sake and wine. CACHÉ, which means ‘hidden’ in French, is conceptualised quite literally, concealed behind a camouflaged wall within the izakaya itself.
