5 Taipei Clubs Frequented by Taiwanese Celebrities and Socialites

Taipei Clubs

More than just a place to get fat on street food and get high on karaoke, Taipei’s metropolis is home to some of Asia’s top clubs, including a good amount of low-key, underground venues where only the coolest cats go.

From high-end, upscale clubs where only the city’s hottest socialites visit, to gritty, underground venues that’ll guarantee solid music and an epic party nonetheless, here is a list of 5 dope clubs to hit up in Taipei.

Having opened only in late 2018, B1 has already earned itself the title of being one of Taipei’s best underground clubs. Located near the Jenguo and Civic Boulevard intersection, this gritty underground nightspot is home to some of the best techno, house and drum and bass Taipei has to offer. The club only opens twice a week so you can imagine how crazy the crowds are. That said, it’s still worth checking out if you’re up for some proper Berlin-style clubbing.
