The Tuckshop is back with their second edition of ‘Silent Recess’, featuring DJ Tang — a multi-format DJ from the UK based in Singapore. Join in this one-of-a-kind party, where 2000s Hip Hop beats pulse through your headphones, creating a personal dance experience like no other. Be sure to get your tickets asap, as this event is limited to 50 headsets only!

Presented by the creators of Sake Matsuri, Sake Social is a unique gathering where a diverse range of offbeat and lesser-known sakes have been handpicked to be featured. It is an intimate and multi-sensory experience that will bring together both sake experts and enthusiasts alike.

5. DIY Cocktail and Scent Workshop at Botanico (9 July)

1-Group’s annual mid-year campaign, ‘Summertime Madness’, is taking place at the enchanting Botanico at The Garage. This year’s theme ‘The Summer State’, promises a fun and boozy affair where you’ll get to shake up your very own cocktails using Suntory’s Roku Gin, and immerse yourself in the art of fragrance creation at Scent by Six’s workshop in the Gardens. There’ll also be a specially curated Asian-influenced 3-course brunch menu by Botanico!

9. Heineken presents ‘Destination Good Times’ (28 & 29 July)

10. Solid Ground presents Alan Dixon (29 July)

Local music collective and label Solid Ground will be kickstarting an all-new nightlife series aiming to bring together music enthusiasts and party-goers! Happening on the 29th of July at Ikigai Izakaya, the first edition will be headlined by London-based DJ and producer, Alan Dixon, along with other homegrown artists Luca V2, Bunny Ross, Sivanesh, Anwar, and Stephen Day.

Known for his vibrant big-room Italo house anthems and recognised by industry tastemakers like Mixmag, Defected, and Traxsource, Alan Dixon’s energetic presence behind the decks will keep you captivated and grooving all night long.

11. Sustainable Cocktail Challenge (Till 31 July)

The world’s first-ever Carbon Neutral and Fair Trade Certified spirit from Nicaragua, Flor De Caña, is back with their annual Sustainable Cocktail Challenge. This year’s edition will see competing bars presenting exclusive sustainable cocktails created with Flor De Caña 12 based on an open-ended brief, incorporating creative techniques that revolve around using sustainable ingredients and upcycling.

11 renowned bars in Singapore (list of bars included below) are participating in the challenge, and you can get to experience each bar’s ingenious creation from now till the end of July.

12. Live Music at La Salsa (Every Friday & Saturday)

If you’re looking for a fun night of hearty Mexican dishes and good music, look no further than La Salsa! Did we already mention that they serve giant frozen margaritas here?

On Friday nights, Singapore’s very own John Molina will be taking the stage with his band Krueger and will take you on a trip back to the golden era of music with their infectious beats. On Saturdays, dance the night away to vibrant Salsa beats by local Latino band Los Bandidos.
