2. Artisan Craft Burgers – Choose from 15 House-made Sauces
Bold artisanal burger creations made using fresh, locally-produced ingredients and a dizzying selection of both local and imported craft beer. What’s not to like? The folks here take pride in their craft and it shows. We’re talking delicious burger stacks (including some of the best sliders in the whole of Bangkok) made from a special house blend of Charolais and Limousin beef, locally-sourced vegetables, homemade dill pickles (a plus in our books) and served on a buttered sesame scallion bun—probably made in-house as well.

Started by three long-time buddies obsessed with burgers, booze and wanting to put their own spin on what they love, Jim’s Burger and Bar is a burger bar that’s defying all odds. Take their signature Jim’s Honey Beef burger for starters. The patty that goes into it is made using freshly ground beef mince and flavoured with milk, cheese and honey. To wash down all the grease, it probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to order yourself a beer or two. They curate popular German brews such as Weihenstephaner Vitus and Weihenstephaner Hefe Weissbier.
