Whichever tribe you belong to, one can’t deny that although some stalls’ prices are cut-throat, the quality of their food is justifiable. One such stall is Heng Carrot Cake. Priced at S$4, S$5, S$6 and S$8 (depending on which size you get), a portion sees a generous addition of crispy fried egg and prawns.
