ANTO Pizza E Aperitivi

Anto Pizza Singapore

ANTO Pizza E Aperitivi is led by Pignola-born cousins, Hong Kong-based bartender and entrepreneur Giancarlo Mancino, and Singapore-based Master Pizzaiolo Antonio Brancato. Together, they bring a true sense of Italian sophistication, with simplicity and authenticity at its heart. Nestled within a heritage shophouse along the charming Jiak Chuan Road, this cosy 80-seater is truly a ‘slice’ of Italy.

Each pizza is crafted with Molino Dallagiovanna flour from Northern Italy, prized for its pure Italian grains that create a light, airy dough after a 24-hour proof. The homemade tomato sauce features fresh Italian tomatoes, carefully seasoned, stewed, and hand-crushed.

Pineapple Pizza Negroni Cocktail

At the five-metre bar, an impressive pizza oven stands alongside a wall stocked with premium spirits, including Giancarlo’s own Mancino Vermouth. A must-try is the Pineapple Pizza Negroni ($25), a captivating Bianco Negroni-style cocktail crafted with Big Kahuna Pineapple Gin, ham, tomato bitters, Mancino Vermouth Bianco, and freeze-dried mozzarella.
