Mumbai’s celebrity chef, Varun Inamdar, has unveiled an enticing cocktail menu at his latest venture, 27 Degrees West, located on Orchard Road. This sophisticated Indian restaurant features over 15 signature cocktails inspired by India’s rich herbs and spices, perfectly paired with a wide array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian bar bites. With its romantic ambiance, it’s the ideal venue for date nights or catching up with friends.

Smoky whisky enthusiasts will love the Captain Scot cocktail, a tribute to Captain R.C. Scot, the British army officer who introduced English sour apple cultivation to the Kulu Valley in the 1870s. This bold creation combines Whistlepig 10-Year Whisky, Whistlepig Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, Granny Smith apple juice, Val Mulaku, lemon juice, and oakwood smoke. The result? A spiced, smoky, and caramelised tipple.

Each pizza is crafted with Molino Dallagiovanna flour from Northern Italy, prized for its pure Italian grains that create a light, airy dough after a 24-hour proof. The homemade tomato sauce features fresh Italian tomatoes, carefully seasoned, stewed, and hand-crushed.
