Open all day, Raffles Courtyard offers a cosy respite replete with an impressive repertoire of summer drinks exclusive to Raffles Hotel and a selection of Southeast Asian small plates including authentic Singaporean delights.

At the open bar, guests can enjoy a selection of fine vino; spanning the humble red and whites to more weather-appropriate rosé’s alongside a selection of craft beers and Raffles-exclusive cocktails. This includes the likes of the famous Singapore Sling cocktail, and other sublime Asian- inflected libations, concocted using premium spirits, local aromatics, spices and house-made liquor infusions.

In need of a wind-down? Raise a toast to the end of a hectic workday or the fact that you’ve been stuck at home for too long with S$10++ selected house pours, wines and more! Happy Hour happens every day between 5 PM to 8 PM.

As the saying goes, “you scratch our backs, we’ll scratch yours”! Raffles Courtyard has a super sweet deal applicable for anyone who works within close proximity of the hotel; on any of the four historical roads surrounding it. Upon ordering your first drink, you can enjoy two complimentary satay sticks all day every day. All you have to do is flash your business card and it’s yours!

What’s a get-together without some hearty snacks to tide your tastebuds through a drinking sesh? The menu is concise with a good selection of small plates, ideal for sharing. Primed to excite your tastebuds, we highly recommend their Spicy Tiger Prawns (S$16++); Singapore Chilli Crab Cake (S$22++); and if your tummy can still accommodate it, their Chicken Laksa Spring Rolls (S$10++).

Its charm will be obvious to locals and expatriates alike. Designed to be enjoyed in a single bite, each morsel packs massive flavour and profiles unique to their various origin. Non-Singaporeans looking to explore the wonderful Singaporean cuisine can consider these tasty options to start with.

Singapore Sling Raffles Hotel

The Singapore Sling, aka Singapore’s national drink, is a gin-based cocktail, comprising pineapple juice, lime juice, curaçao and Benedictine. To give the cocktail it’s signature pink hue, grenadine and cherry liqueur are added. It’s widely regarded as a women’s drink due to its fruity sweetness and vibrant colours.
