Introducing ‘Palette of Sounds‘, inspired by the realms of art, music, and locality. Crafted under the guidance of Bar Manager and Head Bartender Kavish Hurrydoss, each beverage is a work of art, conjuring vivid colours and melodious blends.

“Much like a work of art, the drinks really are up for interpretation depending on your perspective. The cocktails are easy and simple, yet somehow still fun and complex.” — Kavish, Head Bartender at Studio 1939

A Peek into the New Tipples at Studio 1939

‘Palette of Sounds’ is not just a menu; it’s a journey through the senses. With 10 curated tipples like the Ottis Rock (S$26) that boasts jazz-infused notes, to the vibrant and abstract expressions of Rhythm and Vase (S$23), there’s a cocktail for every palate. The menu itself is a visual masterpiece, adorned with abstract, colour-forward illustrations that bring each drink to life.

For those seeking a highball-style adventure, the Imagine Dragon (S$23) beckons with the striking red hues of dragon fruit, combined with gin, peach, pineapple, calamansi, and lemongrass. For an exotic twist, the Sun Won’t Set (S$26) blends chaat masala, mango citrus, mace, curry leaf, mezcal, and tequila.

Our favourite, Purple Rain, aptly captures the drink’s striking visual appeal, as well as its vivid and harmonious blend of flavours that come together in each sip. It’s crafted with a delicate blend of gin, elderflower liqueur, Kyoho grape, citrus, and a fizzy hint of Aer.

Feeling adventurous? Put your trust in Studio 1939’s bartenders with ‘Trust Your Bartender’ (S$28) for a bespoke cocktail tailored to your preferences. We tried it for ourselves and really loved it. Thus, it came as no surprise when they informed us that they sold over 600 glasses last month!

Complementing the libations, Studio 1939 boasts an iconic food menu featuring iconic Three Buns burgers by Executive Chef Adam Penney, providing the perfect pairing to your cocktail adventure.
