Embark on an Epicurean Adventure Through the Escapade Festival Village

Yakiniku Beef Cubes from The Swag Social

The Escapade Festival Village will play host to >30 F&B vendors selling a wide variety of delicious, Instagram-worthy nosh.

If you’re craving for something savoury and meaty, hit up the folks at The Swag Social who specialise in Yakiniku Beef Cubes.

Marinated in a sweetish, Japanese yakiniku-inspired marinade, the beef cubes are cooked on a searing flat top and flame-torched to give it a nice char. The lot is served over a bed of crispy fries.

Tom Yum Chicken from Mookata Express

For an authentic taste of Thailand, pay the good folks at Mookata Express a visit. They specialise in a variety of meaty stir-fries that encompass a variety of seasonings. Perhaps the most notable one would be their mala-flavoured stir-fried chicken (or pork). But upon recommendation, we opted for their Tom Yum chicken instead. Regardless of what you order, it comes served alongside three different Thai dips.

Larger-than-life Fries from Big Big Fries
Lavender-flavoured ice cream with a burnt meringue from Oddball SG

Walking around the food area, you’ll find no shortage of hearty grub. From rösti to larger-than-life fries and lobster rolls to tacos, there are loads you can indulge in. If sweets are what you’re after, you’ll be spoiled for choice all the same with artisanal ice cream, frozen yoghurt, churros and so much more!

Froyo from Smööy
White Rabbit Milk Tea from Take A Bite

The Escapade Festival Village is open daily from 3 PM to 11 PM. But on New Year’s Eve, it will be open until 1 AM.
