Cin Cin: Specialty Gin Bar In Tanjong Pagar Serves Up To 100 Gin Labels

Located on the lobby level of Oasia Hotel Downtown and just a stone’s throw away from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station, Cin Cin is a hot favourite amongst office workers on weekdays. But the interesting thing is that many guests are seen returning to the specialty gin bar even on Saturdays!

Cin Cin’s strategic central business location has successfully captured the office crowd. But it is the superb drinks, friendly staff and wallet-friendly prices that have made visitors become repeat customers. Boasting up to 100 different gin labels, the bar is a must-visit for gin fans.

Cin-Cin

Designed by Spanish architect Patricia Urquiola and managed by the ultra successful Refinery Concepts, specialty gin bar Cin Cin has plenty of expectations to live up to. We have visited the watering hole thrice thus far, and each visit has been consistently lovely. Service is brilliant, food is delicious and drinks are amazing – there’s really nothing we can complain about.

Many tend to label hotel bars as one of those upscale establishments to avoid at all costs, but Cin Cin certainly isn’t one of these ‘untouchable’ bars. So please do not let its sleek floor-to-ceiling glass windows and vast display of gin bottles intimidate you the next time you walk past it.

No main courses are served here, but you can fill your tummies with a selection of bar bites. We recommend the Honey Soy Chicken Wings (S$16) and Beef Cheek Quesadila (S$19). Indulge in superbly fresh oysters for only S$5 for 3 pieces with any drink purchased. Vegetarians aren’t left out – order the Cheese Stuffed Mushroom (S$12) and Truffle Fries (S$11).

Prices of gin-based cocktails range from S$18 for an Earlgroni to S$26 for a Violette Szabo. But here’s a tip for the ladies: Visit Cin Cin on Wednesdays to enjoy S$10 selected cocktails.

They also offer an irresistible liquid buffet every Saturday. At S$68++ per person, you can indulge in free-flow gin for three entire hours. This promotion includes a free bar bite. Gin aficionados will be pleased to hear that they can experiment and craft their ideal G&T with 50 different gin labels.
